I’ll say it. I love pizza! And I’ve tried a lot of different ones over the years! From stonebaked in the Canary Islands to unique & different toppings at Voodoo Daddy’s Pizza in Norwich, I think I’m experienced enough to know what makes a really good pizza base. I’ve also been regularly making my own since I was a child but now I’ve perfected my recipe to bring you my very own Foolproof Pizza Dough, based on the fabulous Jamie Oliver’s Homemade Pizza Dough Recipe !

Toppings Galore

As for toppings, theres your obvious traditional favourites such as Margaritia, Hawaiian and Meat Feast but why not raid your fridge and get creative with some leftovers! On this pizza I used Masala Chicken breast, spinach and chopped tomatos finished off with some dollops of Aldi Sweet Potato Morrocan dip! It was delicious!

Top with whatever you like, cook for 20 minutes and ENJOY!

I use my Kenwood Patisser Food Mixer (Check it out on Amazon Now!) with dough hook to mix my dough to make this Foolproof Pizza Dough even speedier. However you can absolutely make this by hand! Just make sure you knead the dough until it’s really soft and pullable!

If you’re pressed for time or heading out for the day, why not pop the ingredients into a bread maker first thing in the morning? Most bread makers have a pizza dough setting and you can set a delay! You can ‘enjoy’ your day safe in the knowledge that you’ll be coming home to perfectly risen pizza dough!
