I was just like you. I felt completely lost and controlled by the monotony of every day life. I’m a Mum of 3, trying to maintain life and provide for my family. It all got on top of me.
Wake up, do the chores, school run, shopping, get the kids, dinner, bath bed.
It was exhausting.
Then in 2017 I discovered that there was more to me than just being ‘Mum’ or ‘Wife’. That I had the choice to put my wants & needs first.
I started to gradually change my behaviours, taking more time in the things I loved.
I started committing time self care.
I started learning about self love.
I started Practicing Mindfulness & Self Acceptance.
